2. Eligibility

4. Competition Rules and Submissions
When participating in competitions hosted on the SEF platform, you agree to:
- Comply with the specific rules and guidelines of each competition.
- Submit only original work that is your own unless otherwise specified.
- Not engage in plagiarism, cheating, or any form of academic dishonesty.
- Respect all deadlines set by competition organizers.
- Accept the decisions of competition judges as final.
Violations may result in disqualification, removal from the platform, or other actions at SEF's discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any work you submit to competitions on the SEF platform. By submitting your work, you grant SEF and the relevant competition organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your submission for purposes related to the competition, including promotion and announcement of results.
All content on the SEF platform — including logos, text, graphics, and software — is the property of SEF or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Upload or transmit any content that is harmful, offensive, or infringing.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
- Use automated means to access or interact with the Service without SEF's prior written consent.
7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. SEF does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
